We cannot guarantee that your item will look exactly like any other item posted on our website. Each item is individually created with the clothing items we receive. You can of course have as much input as you would like into how your bear will look by letting us know in the extra information section when ordering.
If we find we do not have sufficient clothing items to complete your keepsake we will be in touch to inform you of this. We reserve the right the cancel your order and issue a refund if you are unable to send any further clothing items.
Returns Policy
Due to the personalised nature of each item we cannot offer a refund once your clothes are received by us which you will receive a notification for. Please be mindful of which items you are sending and be 100% sure you are happy for these to be used.
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items due to misuse. These are keepsake items, not toys and so should be treat delicately. Our completed keepsakes are checked for faults but please bear in mind these items are all handmade so if you do find a genuine fault then please get in touch so we can fix it.
If you are unhappy with how your item looks please get in touch and we may be able to alter it. This is on an individual based decision as it will depend on how much fabric has been left unused and which parts you are unhappy with.
We do not return any unused fabric.
